This quote resonates with my therapeutic approach: the techniques that I apply will help you get rid of limited beliefs and memories, clear out stuck energies, change unhealthy patterns, and process traumas. This will in turn create space to implement new positive ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. The truth is that the brain does not make a difference between reality and imagination, so by visualising your goals using hypnosis, it feels as if it is happening for real and will therefore be easier to implement in real life.
