I am Jeanne, a certified hypnotherapist with a background in health and clinical psychology.

My aim is to help people unlock their authentic self, confidence and joy with hypnotherapy and neurocognitive techniques that are effective in releasing what no longer serve you and create space for the new.

How does it work?

If you feel like my approach resonates with what you are seeking at the moment, here are the steps to follow:

  • Book a free initial call using the link below. We will have the opportunity to discuss your goals and how I could help achieve them.

  • If you choose to go ahead with the therapeutic process, we will see each other every two weeks.

  • I normally see patients for an average of three to five sessions.

I offer online consultations both in French and English.
Those techniques have been proven to be highly effective both online and in-person.
